PERSONAL TRAINING
We are fitness coaches involved in exercise prescription and instruction. We motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. We also measure our client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments that will provide us with enough information to uniquely custom design each workout program.
